Pomme fruits are an integral part of the farm, primarily grown for making Melomels (fruit meads). When visiting the farm, folks will notice our semi-dwarf and espalier apple, crabapple, pear, and quince trees tucked-in among the flower field. While these fruits are not available for public u-pick, they play an important role in providing diversity and organic ingredients for our meads and other value-added farm products.
